- Communications: messages you send through our platform, support queries, and survey responses.
- KYC documents: government-issued identity proof and address proof submitted for verification purposes.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, search queries, click-stream data, and referral URLs.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and time-zone setting.
- Location data: approximate location derived from IP address or, with your consent, precise GPS location.

1.3 Information from Third Parties
If you sign in using Google or another social provider, we receive your public profile information (name, email, profile picture) from that provider in accordance with your permissions. We may also receive data from fraud-prevention partners and credit-reference agencies to verify identity.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. Transactional and tax records are retained for 7 years as required by the Income Tax Act, 1961. KYC documents are retained for 5 years after account closure per PMLA requirements. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations.
